Intended for use in public contexts such as post offices, banks, information desks, money changers, etc... it is composed of a desktop microphone for the operator and a further microphone with loudspeaker to be applied on the other side of the counter.
It is a bidirectional system allowing both the customer and the operator to speak and listen contemporarily. For the operator it is possible to leave only the listening channel enabled and mute or activate the microphone when necessary. The base of the internal microphone is endowed with a volume control for the loudspeaker and 2 sockets: on for the connection of an optional headset microphone and another one to send the conversations to an external amplifier or a recorder.
It is powered by means of a small adaptor.
