CUSTOMER AREA
If you want to become Karma's distributor in your country or you are interested in purchasing our products contact us by e-mailing at info@karmaitaliana.it .
We created for our distributors a reserved area, where they can enter to download price lists, items availability and invoices and make orders. For access to this area each customer is provided with his personal credentials (user name and password). Click on LOGIN button (on the topbar) and enter these credentials for authentication
After the login you can change your password by clicking on the button "change password"
ORDERS
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00
Enter your reserved area, add the products you need to the cart and follow the instructions up the final confirmation
Yes, it is generally agreed with our sales office.
SHIPMENT
You can choose to collect the order with your own carrier or to get it shipped with one of our carriers. In this last case we will include in the proforma the amount of shipping charges
Transport cost is calculated according to the goods' weight and volume, delivery place and other possible requests.
At the time of delivery you have to examine carefully the shipment: the parcels or pallets must be phisically intact and their number must coincide with the one indicated on the carrier bill . If there is evidence of loss or damage, you must note it on the delivery receipt with a detailed description (For ex: parcel missing, carton crushed etc...). Then check the items in the parcels. If they are damaged or missing send immediately a claim to your carrier (if you managed the goods collection) or inform our offices (in case of shipment with our carrier), in order to start a freight claim. Please notice that if you don't indicate the loss or the exact damage on the delivery bill, the carrier will not refund you
Any error or omission of material must be reported to us within 7 days from receipt of the goods. We will check with our logistic and solve the problem asap
WARRANTY
All items are covered by 2 year warranty from purchase (invoice) date. All our items are obviously compliant with CE, ROHS and WEEE standards and meet all necessary requirements to be sold in the European market.
